Enterprise Risk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Professional to support the implementation and refinement of the Risk Management Framework across all business units. This is a mid-senior level role that can be based out of either Head Office in Sydney or Melbourne.

This position requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, practices, and regulatory standards, particularly APRA guidelines. Experience operating in or advising across all three lines of defence, with a strong working knowledge of risk governance structures, is also essential.

The successful candidate will partner with business units to implement and continuously refine the Risk Management Framework, deliver high-quality risk reporting and insights for Executive and Board, and oversee the bank's incident management process. They will also collaborate with first line teams to enhance risk ownership and uplift their capability.
