We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
">Key Responsibilities:">- ">
- Implement the contractor's QA/QC and completions systems">
- Maintain, update, and distribute quality documentation">
- Develop special inspection and installation procedures where not covered by existing quality documents">
- Prepare ITPs, check sheets, CDRs, NCRs, red-line markups, and other QA/QC documentation">
- Perform inspections and coordinate testing to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, drawings, and ITPs">
- Distribute QA findings and test reports, and maintain QA records in internal and external systems">
- Verify defect rectification and develop corrective and preventive action plans as required">
- Conduct incoming goods inspections to confirm material integrity">
- Compile the project MDR (Manufacturers Data Report)">
- ">
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline">
- Proven QA/QC experience with detailed earthworks, concreting, and piping; and electrical scope experience is highly regarded">
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and surveying practices">
- Understanding of estimating principles, project planning, and scheduling">
- Commercial awareness of contract management, cost control, productivity metrics, and forecasting">
- MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights">
