Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Master Data Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and validating data related aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring accuracy and integrity within the P&E system.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement effective data management strategies to ensure alignment with industrial instruments.\
  • Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee data, resolving any discrepancies that may arise.\
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of employee records and system changes.\
  • Conduct regular audits and data validation checks to identify and rectify any data inconsistencies.\
  • Collaborate with IR Managers to interpret and configure data in accordance with new and re-negotiated Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.\
  • Support training initiatives and provide feedback on data issues to champion process improvement opportunities.\
  • Assist with terminations, ensuring accuracy across systems to prevent overpayments.\
  • Develop and maintain procedures for data cleansing, validation, and governance practices.\
  • Provide expert advice on data-related matters and recommend solutions to improve data quality.\\
