Job Description

Working part-time in a family-friendly environment, we offer 15 hours of flexible work per week. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with existing donors, as well as designing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and support our strategic priorities.

  • Nurture strong relationships with supporters over the phone and in person using best practices.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of major donation strategies to grow revenue.
  • Solicit donations appropriately across the donor journey and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of major donors and supporters.

  • Experience in managing and growing donor relationships.
