About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims and After Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has prior experience in product claims.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, resolving aftersales enquiries and providing high-end customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve aftersales enquiries, including product quality issues, transit damage, and spare parts requests
  • Process customer claims and return authorities
  • Proactively identify potential quality issues with procurement, quality control, and product management teams
  • Follow up on outstanding return authorities and payments
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Prior solid experience in a claims and customer experience role (with products)
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced computer literacy
