Role Overview:

This position involves supporting students with visa applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submission of required documentation.

  • Provide guidance on visa processes, checklists, and timelines to ensure accurate preparation and submission of applications.
  • Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents for visa applications, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address questions and provide updates on application progress.
  • Track application status and follow up on pending or missing documentation.
  • Maintain client records, case notes, and files in a confidential and organized manner.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and invoicing.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in visa regulations and inform the team and clients accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in visa services, administration, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for this role.
  • A good understanding of visa application processes can be acquired through training.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • A positive and professional attitude, coupled with strong customer service skills, is vital for delivering excellent results.
