Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients regarding Partner Migration cases.

Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and submitting visa applications, managing client consultations, drafting legal documents, and representing clients at tribunals and appeals.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and policies, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients regarding Partner Migration cases
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications and legal documentation
  • Managing client consultations and representing clients at tribunals and appeals
  • Maintaining knowledge of Australian immigration law and staying up-to-date with policy changes
Requirements
  • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to handle complex cases and provide comprehensive legal advice
