Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee the management of complex architectural projects from inception to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic project management skills, with the ability to align project tasks and team orientation with our company's strategic goals.

  • Lead large-scale architectural projects from concept design to final delivery
  • Manage resources, schedules, and relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Perform site investigations to collect and interpret data for design development
  • Prepare architectural designs, documentation, specifications, and progress reports
  • Define scope and requirements with engineers, ensuring robust project coordination
Key Responsibilities:

The successful Project Director will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing project strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget
  2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working on large-scale architectural projects or residential projects
  • Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, practices, procedures, and theory
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership and strategic project/team management skills
