Project Director

The Project Director oversees the execution of projects from initiation to completion, encompassing concept development, documentation, contract administration, quality control, and client negotiation and management.
This position demands a high degree of responsibility for project teams, client, and consultant relationships, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex architectural projects from inception to final delivery, guiding teams independently.
- Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Perform site investigations to collect and interpret data for design development.
- Prepare architectural designs, documentation, specifications, and progress reports aligned with project goals.
- Define scope and requirements with engineers, ensuring robust project coordination.
- Previous experience working on Seniors Living & Care projects or Residential Projects required.
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, practices, procedures, and theory.
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership and strategic project/team management skills.
- Ability to express ideas effectively both orally and in writing.
