Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be able to develop and implement effective project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, standards, and quality requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager in the defence industry
  • Familiarity with ASDEFCON or similar tendering and contracting templates
  • Strong project management skills, including complex project planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
