About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in project/organisational management in a complex business environment. Your ability to provide critical thinking and articulate a clear strategic direction in the development and implementation of organisational improvement strategies is essential.
The successful applicant will have experience in leading change initiatives that have delivered significant business results and in managing all aspects of general business relating to financial management, risk management, policy and procedure compliance and continuous improvement strategies.
You will also need to have:
- Experience in project/organisational management including leading change initiatives, financial, legal and probity issues.
- Experience in advising on project governance, financial management and project delivery strategies.
- Experience in leadership and management including managing resources and motivating others towards achieving outcomes.
This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which fixed term appointments up to three years with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency will be made.
