Job Summary

The Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing road safety on the Bruce Highway. As a key member of the program team, you will play a crucial role in achieving this objective.

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver the program in accordance with Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements and industry best-practice standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and Traditional Owners to provide specialist advice and represent the district on BHTSP technical, commercial, and contractual working groups and forums.
  • Create an inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, respect, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program to achieve overall performance objectives.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying mitigation strategies to overcome issues or obstacles.

Key Responsibilities
