Job Title: Room Leader

 

A unique opportunity to lead a team of passionate educators in a brand-new, 81-place service in Dapto. The room leader will become part of our leadership team and play a crucial role in assisting each room.

Our ideal candidate will possess a qualified Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor's degree. They must also be NESA registered if an ECT, hold a current working with children check number, first aid, and CPR certificate. A growth mindset, innovative approach to curriculum, and the ability to passionately work within their philosophy are essential requirements for this role.
