We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our childcare team. As a key figure in our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centre.

Job Overview

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction for the centre, ensuring delivery of exceptional care and educational programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision, rostering, and professional development.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the childcare industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational program development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and quality standards for the childcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the community.
