Lead a Childcare Centre in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our brand new childcare centre in Riverstone, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of educators and support staff.
  • Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for children.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum programs that promote children's holistic development.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including enrollment and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven experience as a leader in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Current First Aid, CPR certification, and ability to work with vulnerable populations.
