Job Description:

The position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading the FP&A function. This includes developing and implementing financial planning strategies, providing expert analysis and advice to senior management, and driving business growth through effective financial management.

As a key member of the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial direction and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, BI, Commercial Finance, Investment Strategy, and Finance Systems Implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs
  • Hands-on skills in financial modeling, including cash flow, business case development, and systems utilization
