Job Role: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to lead our finance function in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive business growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance strategic investment decision-making capabilities, including business case development and ROI analysis
- Improve cash flow management through data-driven insights and process optimization
- Lead a team of analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and upskilling opportunities
- Support ad-hoc projects, including planning system implementation and data analytics capability building
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Intelligence, Commercial Finance, Investment Strategy, and Finance systems implementation
- Experience working in large matrixed private or listed environments
- Infrastructure or Property industry experience is desirable
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Hands-on skills in financial modeling, including cash flow, business case development, and systems utilization
