About Our Opportunity

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional, you will collaborate with senior business leaders to plan and execute strategic hiring initiatives. You will develop and maintain a robust employer brand, providing expert advice and support to stakeholders in making informed recruiting decisions.

You will build and leverage talent pipelines for current and future openings, working closely with hiring managers to identify needs and develop targeted selection procedures. You will source top candidates through online channels, cultivate a network of potential hires, and track key recruitment metrics such as source-of-hire and time-to-hire.
