Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a financially astute and strategic-minded Chief Financial Officer to join our organisation at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage working capital, optimise cash flow, and ensure robust internal controls.
  • Partner on M&A opportunities, investment strategies, and growth initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice to the CEO and Board on financial and commercial matters.
  • Represent the organisation externally and foster stakeholder relationships.

The role is based in Melbourne CBD, with flexible work arrangements available. The successful candidate will be located in Melbourne and will be required to work onsite.
