Job Title: Store Manager
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing store team and contribute to the company's success.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, reducing shrinkage and expenses, and improving customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and financial management.
- Build, coach and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce shrinkage and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example and foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders and stakeholders.
- Prior experience as Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
- Experience coaching and leading a large and diverse team; ability to implement business and individual development strategies.
- Strong commitment to safety, customers, and everyday motivation of your team.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders and stakeholders.
- Great work-life balance, with managers typically working 1 in 3 weekends.
