Front of House Manager Job Opportunity

This is a role that involves partnering with the store manager to create a consistently positive customer shopping experience while generating revenue and operating profits for the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the store manager to effectively manage sales teams in order to maximize sales and profit performance.
  • Motivating team members to meet weekly targets and achieve high standards across all areas of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with customers, management, and colleagues alike.
  • Supporting the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract top talent into our teams.
  • Working closely with the brand image team to identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising, stock control, back of house processes and workforce management.
  • Driving forward-thinking initiatives in store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, BoH processes and WFM/roster management.
  • Proven track record in communication and liaison skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Strong understanding of business acumen, preferably gained within the retail sector.
  • Previous experience in managing complex sales environments, particularly those involving large volumes or high-profile specialist settings.
  • History of successful sales, customer service and performance management, as well as expertise in stock and merchandise management.
  • Experience leading and motivating a diverse range of team members, with excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make informed decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional extended hours.
