Job Opportunity: Hospitality Lead

Key Responsibilities

The role involves acting as a liaison between guests and management, representing Senior Management and managing the hotel seamlessly. As an Ambassador for the Hotel, you will manage guest comfort and well-being throughout their stay.

This position oversees all aspects of the front office from guest arrival to departure, providing assistance in all hotel operations and supporting the Front Office team.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager or similar role is essential.

- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

- Experience in supervising and training other team members and departments.

- Proven complaints handling skills.

- High level of planning and organisational skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing time.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Resilience with the ability to achieve and excel under pressure.

- Impeccable personal presentation.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.

- High level of computer literacy.

- RSA and First Aid qualifications or be willing to obtain.
