About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including general reception duties, answering phone calls, and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with data entry, document development, and data management, including the compilation of company reports.
  • Manage office supplies and perform AP/AR functions.
  • Coordinate social media activities and create visual content to engage with our audience.
  • Interact with clients and action their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report on weekly social media activity and provide insights to improve our online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standard of presentation and strong literacy skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, with intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office Suite.
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
