About the Role:

You will be responsible for engaging with industry professionals, conducting market research, delivering compelling product presentations, and developing sales strategies to drive growth. This involves effective communication with clients and ensuring timely submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specification Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust specification pipeline to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with architects, designers, and key decision-makers to promote our products and understand their needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research on industry trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategies: Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the NSW territory.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales activity and market insight reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support on product applications to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification: Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field.
  • Experience: Possess minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with interior products.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM software and understanding of the specification process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Showcase in-depth knowledge of the architecture and design industry, including current trends and best practices.
