Job Title: Content Quality Assurance Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in content governance and compliance? We are seeking an experienced Content Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive content governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement guidelines for content creation, publication, and review
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content approvals align with business requirements and industry regulations
  • Lead the redesign of content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Analyze content governance data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of content governance risks, controls, and processes

Requirements:

  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, regulatory roles, or content quality assurance
  • Demonstrated experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments
  • Experience working with CMS (Sitecore) and content approval and governance tools
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience or certification working in an agile delivery environment
