Physical Security Risk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create a safe and secure environment for our people.
This role is based onsite at our campus in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a background in security or safety risk management, ideally for a global/multi-country organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting risk assessments and providing practical advice on risk and security matters.
- Helping create and maintain risk registers and treatment plans – ensuring information is current, accurate and aligned with internal frameworks.
- Partnering with colleagues across a wide range of safety and security risk activities.
- Tracking risk treatment plans until completion and assisting teams in implementation if needed.
- Supporting risk reporting, metrics, education and training initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of security and safety risk processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and advisory activities.
- Understanding of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks.
- Experience developing or maintaining documentation related to risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
