Building Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Building Management System (BMS) technician. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining complex building automation systems and associated equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations by responding to breakdowns and contract servicing requests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement quotes for small projects
- Conduct system diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systems
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Experience with Building Performance and Energy Efficiency Solutions and building mechanical services
- Strong IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration skills
- At least 3 years of experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
- Commercial HVAC operational experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Possession of an electrical license or restricted electrical license is preferred
- Full Driver's license
