Service Engineer Job Description
This role involves working as a Service Engineer for a leading Australian business. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and servicing Building Automation Systems.
Carrying out routine service works and reactive breakdown maintenance.
Programming of BMS control systems to optimize performance.
Analysing data from a building's BMS to identify system faults.
Project management and small project work.
Providing technical advisory services to clients.
About the Role
The Service Engineer will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's buildings. This includes performing routine service tasks, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing expert advice on building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Routine Service Works:
Perform regular service tasks to ensure the optimal performance of building automation systems.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical issues related to building automation systems.
Programming:
Program BMS control systems to meet specific requirements.
Data Analysis:
Analyse data from building automation systems to identify system faults and areas for improvement.
Project Management:
Manage small projects related to building automation systems.
Technical Advisory Services:
