About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Group Business Director to lead a key agency portfolio in our Sydney office. As the senior point of contact for your agency portfolio, you will be instrumental in shaping how brands connect with our engaged community while contributing to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met across your agency territory
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Managers to achieve their KPIs and foster a connected culture
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior agency and client stakeholders
- Execute strategic action plans to support revenue targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative advertising solutions
- Oversee the development of high-quality sales materials, proposals and presentations
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, including developing innovative advertising solutions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for creative media solutions and a track record of commercial success, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership, creativity, and purpose.
About YouWe are looking for someone with 12+ years of media sales experience, at least 6 years in leadership roles, and a proven track record of driving team performance and developing talent. You should be skilled at identifying new revenue opportunities, winning new business, and building strong agency relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations are also essential.
