Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Join CQUniversity as an Associate Learning Designer and collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative, accessible, and high-quality digital resources.
This exciting role offers the chance to design engaging learning experiences, support staff in delivering online education, and make a meaningful impact on student success.
Partner with Educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice.
Deliver training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
Apply CQUniversity templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Position Requirements
Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
The ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training.
