Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teams to identify leasing needs and coordinate property sourcing, inspections, and applications.
  • Managing lease processes, including assessments, signing, and maintenance of leasing records.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs for all client properties.
  • Handling general facilities, asset management, site audits, and related support tasks.
  • Providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with improvement projects.
About You

We seek an experienced Property Coordinator with a passion for administration and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

With proven experience in property management, you will be recognized for your attention to detail, commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
