Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Manager to join our team. This is a 12-month assignment with a hybrid work arrangement, Monday to Friday, and flexible hours.

The Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of office locations and support senior colleagues in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice on various asset-related matters to resolve complex enquiries.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing third-party facilities providers for preventive maintenance schedules and property repairs

- Responding to asset-related queries and issues from staff members

- Monitoring stationery and consumables levels within the portfolio and ordering sufficient stocks for sites

- Developing and maintaining carpark allocation systems

- Collaborating with other service teams to achieve positive outcomes for employees

- Supporting the agency Fleet team as a Vehicle Control Officer where applicable

To be considered, you must demonstrate;

- Previous experience in Facilities management or a related field

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong administration capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing demands

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Microsoft proficiency is advantageous
