Healthcare Specialist

Campbelltown Hospital is seeking an experienced hospital pharmacist to provide advanced pharmacy practice service and engage in a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
The position involves providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to a clinical ward, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication management. Additionally, the pharmacist will actively engage in clinical governance, research, and education, promoting stewardship and supporting quality care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to a clinical ward

- Promoting stewardship and supporting quality care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy
- EITHER a minimum of 12 months experience working as a clinical pharmacist in the nominated specialty area OR relevant postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 6 months experience in the nominated specialty area
This is a Temporary Full-Time Grade 2 Pharmacist role available until August 2026 with the possibility of extension at same/reduced hours.
