Pet Care Professional Opportunity

Overview of Responsibilities:

As a Pet Care Professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on pet wellness products. Your responsibilities will include providing knowledgeable and caring assistance to customers, building relationships with clients, and training and coaching the store team to deliver service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory assistance to senior colleagues.
  • Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products.
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm and genuine service.
  • Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and best practice.
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required).
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases.
  • Open and close the store with associated security tasks.

Requirements:

  • A natural love for animals and people.
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
