Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering knowledgeable guidance to the store management team
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, delivering exceptional experiences
  • Developing relationships with customers through trust, empathy, and expertise
  • Leading and coaching the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Maintaining store organization, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and supporting inventory management
  • Assisting with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Contributing to opening and closing procedures, including security tasks

About you:

  • A genuine love for animals and people
