About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to work in our Innaloo store on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing sales floors, and mentoring colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery
    • Ensure all customers have an excellent experience in-store.
  • Sales Floor Management
    • Manage visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve business objectives.
  • Health and Safety
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • New Staff Training
    • Assist with training new staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a retail or pet industry environment.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
