Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement comprehensive budget plans that achieve sales and margin targets.

  • Create compelling assortment strategies that execute merchandise visions.

  • Drive forward-looking inventory management processes.

  • Owning the Open-To-Buy process ensures optimal stock levels.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced planners through regular one-on-one reviews and development plans.

Requirements:
  • Proven retail planning experience at manager level from a high-volume retailer.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in creating complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong leadership skills with coaching and developing a team of planners.
  • Experience with best-in-class merchandise planning applications.
