Job Description:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the day-to-day management of a busy property. Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the front desk reception
  • Provide efficient and professional assistance to prospective residents and visitors
  • Offer excellent customer service experience in the accommodation industry
  • Work effectively in a university environment
  • Utilize RMS or similar systems to manage daily tasks
Requirements:
  • Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • National police check
  • Working with children check (VIC)
  • Valid RSA certification
