We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Manager to join our front office team in Melbourne, Victoria.

Situated on a grand 19th Century estate amidst stunning English gardens, Lancemore Mansion Hotel offers an environment of elegance and history.

Guests can enjoy award-winning spa experiences, garden picnics, and farm-to-table dining at Joseph's restaurant.

The perfect place to relax and reconnect, Werribee Park is close to the Historic Chirnside Mansion, Victoria State Rose Garden, and the Werribee Open Range Zoo.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay including reservations, arrivals, departures, and during their stay
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand over the phone, by email, and in person
  • Make recommendations on the hotel and local area
  • Respond to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints from guests appropriately and follow up/report as required
About You
  • Success in a similar role and exposure to front office reception and reservations work
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and enjoy helping, problem-solving, and being accountable for your workload
  • An eye for detail and excellent administrative skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure in a varied, fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively
  • Commitment to flexibility, willing to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays for a minimum of 6 months
  • A positive mindset and a proactive approach
