Embark on a challenging role as a Workflow Coordinator where you will play a pivotal part in driving monthly starts targets by propelling projects through to the construction phase.

The Key Responsibilities

This role requires collaboration with diverse business functions to ensure a strategic approach to track progress, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and complete workflow specific tasks such as finance, settlement tracking, and land title updates.

  • Weekly coordination of job and task tracking across operations departments
  • Ensure efficient progression of jobs through preconstruction phases
  • Review preconstruction reports, analyse trends and execute weekly project starts targets
  • Provide support to team members within the Operations department and other areas of the business as required
Requirements for Success

Desirable experience in the WA residential building industry, coupled with strong administration skills, exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, superior time management and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in conducting and interpreting business reports.
