Location:
Flexible Remote (with occasional in-person collaboration at team or client locations)

Contract:
3 months, with potential extension or permanent role

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Workflow Engineer
to design, configure, and optimise
AI Agents and automation workflows
across platforms such as
n8n, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock
. The ideal candidate will already have experience in automation and AI platforms; however, for the right person,
structured technical training will be provided after the initial 3-month period
to further develop advanced skills in AI Agent configuration and workflow design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and optimise AI Agents for real-world client applications.
  • Design automation workflows to connect business systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with consultants and developers to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide support during client workshops and assist with troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Power Automate) is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with AI models and cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, etc.) will be highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in configuring usage of LLMs, Agents and Workflows
  • Experience in Software Development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of the heavy capital industry is beneficial
