We own and operate numerous coal mines across NSW, Queensland and Western Australia, driving economic growth and development in these regions.

**Job Responsibilities:**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring all pre/post shipment documentation is completed efficiently to facilitate timely invoicing and maintain healthy cash flow.

This role will also involve accurate data entry of coal sales and purchases into contract databases, SAP and relevant pit-to-port reporting systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this position, you should possess advanced Excel skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple sources of data simultaneously.

Experience with export or shipping logistics is essential, as is the ability to appreciate the broader corporate context and the significance of your contributions.
