Operate a Weighbridge/Mill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting.
  • Perform regular stocktakes as required.
  • Operate the raw material receival computerised production line efficiently.
  • Maintain plant and equipment to meet specified standards for safe operation.
  • Conduct all Raw Material testing requirements in accordance with Ridley receivals testing procedures.
  • Accurately allocate and reconcile S4 and premix addition.
  • Identify and report non-conformances in accordance with Ridley processes.
  • Unload transport vehicles including finished feed, raw materials, premix, and additives in accordance with Ridley receival standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Understand site HACCP Plan.
  • Comprehend site safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Show knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.
  • Possess sound computing skills.
  • Holding a current Forklift driver licence is desirable.
  • Cert 4 competitive systems would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years' manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
