Mill Production Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled Mill Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the safe and compliant operation of our production line.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stocktakes, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Production Monitoring: Operate a raw material receival computerized production line, monitoring and controlling production processes to meet quality standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on plant and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition, identifying and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular tests and inspections.
  • Logistics: Unload transport vehicles according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a related field such as Operations Management or Business Administration.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong Organizational Skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Forklift Driver License (desired).
