Creswick Woollen Mills shares over 75 years of Australian history. We are the destination of choice when it comes to natural fibres and Australian made products ranging from apparel, accessories and homewares. Creswick now also boasts a collection of Australian made beds and furniture.

Our mill in the town of Creswick is our flagship store and showcases an award winning tourism site. This includes an  interactive museum showcasing the history of the mill and a popular animal farm with interactive farmers and a calendar of events.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join and lead our exceptional customer service team.

We are looking for:

  • A sales and customer service professional with over 5 years in retail and people management
  • Success in selling high end apparel and / homewares.
  • Enjoy building relationships and local community engagement
  • Previous experience in a retail operation with a tourism focus is highly favourable
  • Proven success contributing to and/or managing store KPI's.
  • Highly organised and strong ability to carry out administrative duties, ability to follow direction
  • Proficient in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
