Restaurant Management Role

My Place is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage staff, coordinate functions, and ensure exceptional customer service in a bistro-style restaurant.

This role operates 5 days a week, serving lunch and dinner. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff with strong knowledge of cocktails, barista skills, and wine knowledge.
  • Coordinating functions, setting weekly rosters, and hiring staff.
  • Providing excellent leadership and support to our team.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, with a strong background in restaurant management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, barista skills, and wine knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure, hire staff, manage staff training, and set weekly rosters.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.
