As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations.
You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L.
Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of quality and service.Empower and develop the team through coaching, training and performance management.Manage the restaurant's P&L, driving performance against financial targets.Adhere to all procedures and restaurant policies while representing the GYG brand.What\'s in it for me?
