About the Wok Chef Role

A dynamic and experienced Wok Chef is required to join our kitchen team.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food to exact specifications and standards, taking ownership of their section and guiding junior chefs. They will have a good understanding of all kitchen sections and work under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue with wok experience essential.
  • Punctuality and reliability are key to this role.
  • Maintaining food and hygiene standards is crucial.
About You
  • You should have familiarity with Asian ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • You must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Cooking and preparing dishes as per company specifications is a requirement.
