We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wok Chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing food to exact specifications and maintaining a positive approach in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume venue and possess strong communication skills. Wok experience is mandatory, and reliability and punctuality are crucial. Additionally, ability to work well under pressure and maintain food and hygiene standards is required.
About You- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff.
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Mandatory wok experience.
- Possess a positive attitude towards team members and FOH staff.
- Experience with Asian ingredients preferred but not essential.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Key responsibilities include cooking and preparing dishes according to company specifications.
