Job Opportunity: Tax Technology Specialist
We are seeking a skilled tax professional to join our team as a Tax Technology Specialist. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your tax expertise and experience in the dynamic field of tax technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering implementation projects for tax software products, providing technical guidance and support to clients, and developing training materials and guides.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in Australian tax and a strong understanding of tax effect accounting principles and practices.
- Deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working closely with project managers;
- Be involved in sales enablement activities, identifying opportunities to showcase the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers;
- Support client relationship management efforts by providing technical expertise in client conversations;
- Develop documentation, such as guides, implementation reports, and training manuals, as required;
- Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, and strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
